Disclaimer: Our courier partners are efficient and have been a source of reliability over the past few years, however due to the ongoing CoVID restrictions and measures, you may experience some delays in deliveries. You can be rest assured that your product will be tracked and we’ll be communicating status to you till your order is delivered.
Our ultimate goal is for you to ensure the best experience for our customers and keep you delighted. To that effect, we would like to set expectations on our shipping policies.
We offer free shipping on all our products across all parts of Australia – capital cities and regional areas. We are currently exploring options for international fulfilment. Our orders are usually shipped almost immediately and will usually take about 5-7 business days to reach you, if you reside in a Metropolitan area or 10-15 days if you are in a regional area (CoVID restriction timelines).
Once your order is shipped out from our warehouse, you will receive an order confirmation and a tracking link via email (if you have provided us with your email).
This will make it easier for you to track your shipment. If you fail to receive an email from our side containing the tracking and order information, please drop a quick email with your order number at email@example.com and we will make sure you receive the required information and link as quickly as possible.
In the event that your shipment has shown up and you are inaccessible to get it, and you don't give us the permission to leave it close to your house, front door or any other accessible area, the courier will arrange a re-delivery for you.

Returns & Refund Policy
We rarely expect this, but if you’ve received an incorrect order from us, please do not hesitate to inform and request for a substitution or a full refund from us. If the shipment that you have gotten is damaged, please ensure that you return it to us within 7 days of receiving the order. Please note that the shipment or item being returned ought to be in an unused condition, with every original label and price stickers appended. We won't acknowledge and start refund or trade for a shipment that has been utilized or is missing labels.
To return a product please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of customer receiving the delivery and we will revert back to you with a Unique Return Number (URN) . Once you receive the URN, you can proceed to place the product securely in its original packaging and mail it back to us on the following address:

Please Note: you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend that you keep a track of the package that is being returned for a hassle-free exchange or refund.
Refund Process and Policy
When we receive the returned shipment, it will undergo a small inspection to assess the quality of the product after which a refund or replacement will be initiated. Please be patient and allow us 7 business days to process your refund or exchange process. In case of a refund, it will be processed as quickly as possible and the return payment will be made by the same method and into the same account that the customer had made the original payment from.
If an error has been made on our end i.e. wrong nappy size or damaged product, we will make sure that your package is replaced efficiently as long as you send as a return request within 7 days of the delivery.
If there was an error made on your end i.e. wrong side of nappy, we will be more than happy to offer you with an exchange, as long as you send as a return request within 7 days of the delivery.
Sale items are not applicable for a refund or exchange and cannot be returned.
